In his junior year of high school he shadowed at AHM Brands. This job shadow was essential in forming his decision to pursue graphic design. During this job shadow he gained experience working in professional environments. He was also given the chance to learn first hand about their creative process.

Accepted, and currently in his final year of LCC's graphic design program
Has worked on many professional level graphic design projects.

Strengths

Criticism
Has had bountiful experience with giving and receiving criticism on his work. Both in high school and college. Critiques have been a substantial part in his education, and has given him a lot of experience with handling criticism and applying it to their work.
Adapts Quickly
Throughout his education, especially in college, he has had to face many unforeseen challenges and learn many new skills. This has taught him to stay to adapt quickly to new challenges and seek help from his peers and professors when he needs it.
Professionalism
Milo is a professional and accountable person. When he makes mistakes he does not shift blame, and holds himself accountable for dealing with the outcomes of his shortcomings. Being timely is also a priority of his. He has had excellent attendance in school, and always submits his work on time.
Team Player
Has had the opportunity to be a part of countless group projects. He has learned to communicate effectively as a member of a group, and to keep track of everyone's progress. He also has experience working as a group leader/coordinator.
